Smiling faces and children eager to learn and play is what you will see as you walk the halls of Upper Bucks Christian School Daycare.  As you go from classroom to classroom, caring teachers are seen teaching and interacting with the children. We seek to establish a structured environment, but one that is done so with a gentle and loving touch. Our goal is to aid parents in producing children who not only love to learn, but love their family, friends, country and put God first in their lives.

From the infants to our Pre-kindergarten department, parents witness steady growth in their child. Infants and one-year olds need constant assurance that they are loved and secure. Our teachers don’t just watch the babies. They are holding, talking and encouraging them to take the next step in their development. This development is seen from sitting up, taking the first steps to starting to learn their colors. Toddlers want a little more action! Our two-year-old classrooms are busy with activity. Along with potty training, the teachers are busy introducing coloring, gluing, hand-eye coordination, sitting still, walking in a line and much more! Three-year-olds are eager to start learning their alphabet and numbers.  They continue to develop their love for books and listening skills. Of course project time and cooking is always a favorite! During the Pre-kindergarten year our goal is to help parents prepare them for kindergarten. The children are soon caught up in the energy of the teachers as they give lessons in history, science, music, art, P.E. and cooking. Table time is an important time to get used to sitting quietly and listening to the teacher. An exciting time to look forward to is the Pre-K graduation. What a thrill to see these 4-and 5-year-olds dazzle us with a program and receive their diplomas. By the end of the year, we see children that are confident and ready for Kindergarten.
