Pastor Rob Campbell
Senior Pastor
Pastor Rob Campbell grew up in Canton, Ohio and then went on to graduate from Bob Jones University in 1992 with a degree in Bible and a Master of Arts in Bible in 1994. He and his wife Rochelle were married in 1992 and now have four children. For nine years Pastor Campbell served as the youth pastor of an exciting and growing ministry in Denver, Colorado before coming to serve as Bethel’s senior pastor in 2005. His priorities of ministry, which have been stated repeatedly and demonstrated consistently are 1) teaching people to passionately love God with all their heart, soul and mind; 2) emphasizing close and loving family relationships; 3) developing a heart for local and world evangelism; and 4) training the next generation to love and serve God.
You will sense during Pastor’s preaching his heartfelt desire to passionately present the truths of God’s Word with conviction and compassion.

Pastor Joel Mosier
Youth Pastor
After graduating from Bob Jones University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts in Bible, Pastor Mosier married his wife, Tara. He and Tara now have three children – two boys and one girl. In 2002, he completed his Master of Arts in Theology from BJU. Upon graduation he entered the ministry as youth pastor and recently joined our staff. Pastor Mosier’s burden is to see teenagers develop a growing and passionate relationship with Jesus Christ, so that families are changed, unbelievers come to Christ and that the next generation of church leaders is being trained to effectively serve God. Sincere and earnest preaching accurately describe Pastor Mosier’s preaching and teaching to train the generation that will follow. |
Pastor Eric Connors
Music Pastor
As a graduate of Upper Bucks Christian School and one who grew up in the ministry of Bethel Baptist, Pastor Eric Connors is uniquely qualified to serve in his capacity of music pastor. Pastor Connors graduated from Bob Jones University in 1994 with a degree in Piano Performance and a Masters degree in Church Music in 1996. Eric and his wife, Carla were married in 1995 and have four children—Erica, Caleb, Luke and Jacob.
Immediately after completing his degree he served for six years as the music pastor at a church in central Pennsylvania. In 2002, Pastor Connors came on staff as music pastor and music director of Upper Bucks Christian School. Eric has a passion to lead others in worship that is Word-centered and to use the medium of music to communicate God’s greatness and his glory. |
Pastor Russell Baun
UBCS Administrator
Mr. Baun served as the administrator of West Seneca Christian School in New York from 2000 until 2006 when he joined UBCS. A graduate of WSCS, Mr. Baun earned an undergraduate degree in accounting from Bob Jones University. Later, he completed a graduate degree in theology and pursued additional graduate work in the field of education. He studied French in Quebec in preparation for service on the mission field in Togo, West Africa, where he ministered and taught for several years. His wife Krista is a staff member in our Daycare division and they have four children, Joshua, Jordan, Joel & Jessica.
